Actor / Musician
Andrew caught the acting bug in the waning days of the 20th century and hasn't looked for a cure yet. He has received a number of awards in acting. Since his 2009 discovery of improvisation workshops he has mostly eschewed other theatrical pursuits in favour of developing and honing his improvisational skills. He's still expanding his creative palate however by turning his love of music to a practical direction in learning guitar and teaching all his friends. In short: He's a guitarist, he sings, he acts, he improvises. He's Andrew.
Actor / Teacher
Lucy graduated with a BA in Acting from her previous life in the U.K. This, with a background of theatre work, dance and music training set her in good stead to start a life in Christchurch as a preschool teacher! She since has discovered the wonders of improv and joined Impulse Theatre, performing as part of the main cast for 2 years. She also writes and performs sketches as part of the female comedy group "Peppered Unicorn". Lucy is the teacher for Impulse Kids Drama Group.
Aaron has a tremendous ability to balance both drama and comedy in his improvisation. He is also a regular performer on the growing Christchurch stand-up scene, and winner of the 2018 South Island Raw Comedy Competition. Aaron has quickly established a reputation as an exciting, unpredictable performer and, for better or worse, a wholly original act.
